We are a family run site, perfectly located for a great holiday in North Yorkshire. Just 10 mins drive from the bright lights and sandy beaches of Scarborough, but a million miles from everything noisy and modern. A stay on our campsite or in our cottages gives you the choice to recharge and relax or as a base to plan family outings.
On-site facilities
Access to all our camping and caravanning facilities are included in our fees and are open 24 hours a day. There are several taps, supplying fresh drinking water, located around the site.
Shower rooms
We have two shower rooms, with sinks and toilets and flat, easy access doorways
Gents toilets
The gents toilet has a single cubicle, two urinals and two hand-wash basins
Washing and drying room
Our washing and drying room has two sinks with running water, draining boards and a coin operated tumble dryer
Chemical toilet disposal
We have a dedicated area for chemical toilet disposal and cleaning
Ladies toilets
The ladies toilet has two cubicles and two hand-wash basins
Individual 'trip protected' electric hook-up
There are electrical hook-up points situated around the site (please let us know if you require electric hook-up when booking)

Please drive carefully on the public road which leads to site, there is a very good chance that you will encounter walkers or wildlife

Onsite we ask that you keep vehicle speeds below 5mph and be aware of other guests, children and animals please

In keeping with the tranquility and rural nature of the site, and for the consideration of all guests, we ask that you refrain from playing music or television - we ask that noise levels in general be kept in the context with other guests, noise travels a long way in the still of night

Drone use on the site is prohibited, this is to respect everyones right to privacy

When using disposable BBQ's, etc, please stand them on the provided concrete blocks to avoid fire risk and damage to the grass

Dogs must kept on a lead, while on the campsite and around the farm

Campfires are strictly forbidden. Anyone seen having a fire will have it extinguished and will more than likely be asked to leave - This is for everyones safety and to protect the environment. Fires can quickly get out of control!
Local amenities
The farm is only 1.5 miles from Ayton (East and West Ayton) which has a superb shop and filling station, several pubs, a fish & chip takeaway and a restaurant/tearoom.
